Launched the implementation of the “step-up” project of the socks industry, supported the construction of the “three parks” of Northern Socks Group, and introduced complementary chain enterprises in R&D, raw materials, printing and dyeing, and hosiery manufacturing. Continue to carry out actions to increase varieties, improve quality, and create a brand of “three products and one hundred enterprises” to upgrade regulations and improve quality, implement the digitization and intelligent transformation and upgrading of hosiery machines, and strive to add 3,000 new smart hosiery machines every year. Accelerate the construction of a North American sales network system and expand the export scale of the socks industry. By 2027, a cumulative industrial investment of not less than 5 billion yuan will be completed, and the scale of the industry will strive to exceed 15 billion yuan. By 2030, a cumulative industrial investment of not less than 10 billion yuan will be completed, and the scale of the industry will strive to exceed 20 billion yuan.
