In order to better promote the cluster effect of the socks industry, the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology has established a weekly scheduling system to follow up on the progress of the project in a timely manner and accurately assist enterprises in bail-out. As a key industrial project of Liaoyuan Socks industry, Liaoyuan New Territory Modern Textile Industrial Park has a total investment of 690 million yuan, covering an area of 123,000 square meters and a construction area of 217,000 square meters. The park plans to build 8 standardized factories and 6 supporting office buildings to form a fully functional modern industrial cluster. As of April 2025, the main body of buildings 1-5 in the new territory will be closed, the main body of buildings 11 and 14 will be closed, and the ground beams of buildings 7, 8, and 9 will be completed; the foundation of Building 13 will be completed.
